Mortgage broking technology firm Effi has announced a new partnership with Finance & Coffee, Australia’s largest community of mortgage brokers, lenders and loan processors.

The new agreement comes shortly after Effi announced a successful raise of $1.2 million to boost its local and offshore development.

Exclusively for Finance & Coffee, Effi has launched Effi Lite, a new version of its service allowing brokers to access the platform for $75/month through Finance & Coffee.

Through the agreement, Finance & Coffee brokers can choose to take advantage of Effi’s relationship with RateCity, where they can boost their sales profiles and be featured as top brokers. The primary difference between the two versions is that Effi Lite does not have electronic bank statements and email automation, however, manual bank statements can still be uploaded by the broker and are able to use Effi’s other features.

Mandeep Sodhi, CEO and Founder of Effi said the fintech is excited to have launched a brand new version for Australia’s one-stop-shop broker community platform.

“Finance & Coffee have clearly been doing amazing things for the Australian mortgage broking community, and it’s because of this that we at Effi were delighted to design a lite version just for them,” said Sodhi.

“Brokers are looking for a great lead management platform and we are excited to work with Finance & Coffee to provide a leading platform that can help their brokers grow their business as well.”

Dien Le, founder of Finance & Coffee is thrilled to be working with Australia’s smartest broking platform to enhance the broking experience for their community.

“As Australia’s largest community for brokers, our proud mission is to provide them with the best possible tools to make their work as seamless and efficient as can be. We’re exceedingly glad to have joined forces with Effi to enable brokers to acquire more leads, better organise their workflows and shape their services to the best possible fit for their customers.”

To access Effi Lite, Finance & Coffee’s broker community can sign up from the Finance & Coffee website and take advantage of the new product offering.
